Our pricing structure is simple – you only pay per letter. Get started without any obligations and enjoy competitive rates.
The price of each letter is made up of processing and envelope costs, paper and printing costs, and postage. The total depends on the number of sheets and printed pages, your printing options, the selected delivery method and your mailing volume. For letters sent to recipients in France, postage is based on the selected La Poste delivery option.
Sending a letter within France with Pingen starts at just 1.07 € per letter. The exact price depends on the number of pages, the selected printing options, the La Poste mailing product and the mailing volume. Before sending, the price for each letter is visible directly in Pingen.
The cost of sending letters internationally varies by destination country. In many countries, Pingen prints and sends letters locally, offering faster delivery and local mailing rates. For other destinations, letters are sent internationally via DHL.
No, Pingen does not charge setup fees, monthly subscription fees or minimum-volume fees. For letters sent within France, printing and La Poste postage are included in the displayed price. For international letters, all processing costs and postage charged by the respective postal provider are also included.
Pingen uses a prepaid model. You can add Credits using Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer and use them to send letters in France or internationally. There are no setup fees or monthly subscription fees.
Yes, Pingen offers monthly invoicing (Postpaid) to established businesses in France. Companies can apply if they have been operating for at least five years, have a monthly mailing volume of at least 5 000 letters and a positive credit rating.
Pingen is based in Switzerland. For French business customers, services are generally invoiced without French VAT where the reverse-charge mechanism applies, and the customer accounts for the applicable VAT in France. The exact VAT treatment depends on the customer’s tax status and the nature of the transaction. All prices shown on the Pingen website exclude VAT.
